Terms & Conditions 条例

Please read through all the terms and conditions before you place an order to us.

About product(s):-
1. Prices shown are fixed and non-negotiable and excluded the shipping charges of the ordered item(s).
2. The color of the products may vary slightly photos on the blogs due to the different settings of monitors.
3. All accessories shown in the photos are not inclusive unless otherwise stated.
4. No exchange or refund is allowed after buyers confirmed the order.

About payment:-
1. Payment has to be made within 36 hours after the confirmation of order email is sent to you, otherwise order will be cancelled automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment).
2. Payment method shall be either via ATM Cash Deposit or Wire Transfer/Online Banking to the Bank Account Number given in our email to you.
3. No last minute back out or cancellation will be entertained by us after confirmed receiving of full payment from customers.

About shipping:-
1. Ordered item(s) will be shipped out via courier service within seven (7) working days from the date payment received.
2. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost of item that may have incurred during shipping and handling.
3. Shipping costs differs according to item, weight and country. 4. All item(s) will be posted via Registered Mail by Pos Malaysia. (Please inform us if you want your item(s) to be posted via Pos Laju and we will email you on the postage cost)。

2.我们不会负责任何在运输的处理期间所招致的损伤或货品丢失。
3.运费将根据货品的重量与国家的不同来计算。
4.所有的货品将通过PosMalaysia的挂号信寄出。（如果您要您的货品通过PosLaju寄出，请通知我们。我们会把运输费告诉您）

How To Shop 如何订购？

Thank you for shopping in Vestimento Zone Trading. Found something that you like from our blogshop?Let us guide you the easy steps to shop here!

1. Fill up the order form below [after filled up, press Submit form-> Continue->Continue button].

2. Confirmation order for availability of your ordered item(s), total shipping costs and Bank account number for payment will be send to you via e-mail within 3 working days. Kindly contact us if we do not reply within 3 days, we may not have received your request.

3. Bank in payment to the given account number (provided in the confirmation order) within 3 days. Items will be released to other buyers if we do not receive any response within 1 week.

4. Inform us once payment has been made via email or sms, please include your name, transaction date, mode of payment and amount of payment. Notification will be send out to you via e-mail within 48 hours to confirm your payment status.

5. Upon confirmation of your payment, your item(s) will be courier to you within the next 2 working days.
